Tiny Houses
We offer 21’, 25’ and 31’ sized RV-style tiny houses and fully customizable park models. All models are customizable from the finished floor to the furnishings, storage options, and appliances. Both RV-style THOW and park model tiny houses are available and have an on-demand, tankless, hot water heater, heat and air conditioning. A generator hookup is included and can be upgraded to be ready for solar panels. The RV can be upgraded to include freshwater and holding tanks. The RV will remain on wheels and the weight is about 7,000 pounds,requiring a full-size truck as a towing vehicle. The RV unit is designed to plug into standard campground facilities. All models have built-in closet space in the loft. There is also the possibility for extra storage under the trailer, similar to normal RV/motor homes.
21' Hillcrest RV Model
Our 21' Hillcrest RV model tiny house that includes a kitchenette, bathroom, and sunroom-style living area and a lofted bedroom. The sunroom styling allows for ample sunlight and beautiful views of your environment.
25' Bayview RV Model
Our 25' Bayview RV model tiny house that includes a kitchen with an eat-in bar area, bathroom, and sunroom-style living area and two lofted bedrooms.
